How do I log a workout?

Open the app, tap the + on the home tab, choose a routine or start an empty session. Sets save automatically as you log them — no need to hit save at the end.

Can I export my training history?

Yes. Settings → Data → Export sends a plain CSV of every session, set, and note to the share sheet. Your data is yours.

How do you decide if a shop counts as halal?

A shop is listed only if it is fully halal-certified, fully halal by ownership statement, or has a clearly marked halal menu we have verified. Partial / 'no pork' shops are not included.

Can I submit a recipe or a shop?

Please do — email submissions below with photos and (for shops) a link to their menu or certificate. Most additions ship in the next update.

Do the apps work offline?

Arnol Trainer is fully offline. Halal Ramen Noodle caches your recently viewed recipes and shops, but new content needs a connection.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play directly. If something is broken, email me first — most issues are fixable same-day.
